The housing market in Santa Clara County has been doing better compared to what it was in few months ago. The pending vs active listing ratio has improved which means that market is moving right along. There are still multiple offers on areas that has decent schools. Although the number of active listing has decreased in the past couple of months, we are heading towards holiday seasons and activity of buyers will start to go down.
